- POSCAP
"POSCAP" is a solid electrolytic chip capacitor. The Anode is sintered Tantalum and the Cathode is a highly conductive polymer formed on SANYO Original method.
"POSCAP" has a Lowest E.S.R. (Equivalent Series Resistance) level and excellent performance for high frequency though low profile and high capacitance.
In addition, it has high reliability and high heat resistance.
Therefore, "POSCAP" is an ideal chip capacitor especially for digital, high frequency devices.

- OS-CON
OS-CON is a capacitor with solid electrolyte.
By adopting high conductive polymerized organic semiconductor or TCNQ as the electrolyte, OS-CON acquires low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) even at low temperatures, excellent noise reduction capability and frequency characteristics.
In addition, OS-CON has a long life span since the electrolyte is solid.

- Aluminum Electrolytic capacitor
Aluminum Capacitors have a larger capacitance per unit volume than other types and the cost per capacitance value is the most competitive compare to other types of capacitors.
Due to self-healing properties of dielectric layer (Aluminum oxide layer), its failure mode is ware-out failure and it is difficult to be short circuit mode failure.
SANYO Electrolytic Capacitors have various types, Radial-lead, Surface Mount, and Large Snap-in types then each types have Low Impedance, Long Life, Hi-reliability and low profile product.
